By car there are several ways to get there. By good road you can get there by Monteria-Lorica-Covenas or another way can be: Sincelejo-Tolu Viejo-Tolu or by Cartagena-San Onofre-Tolu.
Bora Bora is located at 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Monteria´s airport (Los Garzones, where directly flights from Bogota and Medellin from Avianca and Aires and Aerorepublica arrive. From the other airport of Las Brujas from Corozal, the time you take is of 45 minutes, and you can get to this airport from two important airlines in Colombia: Santena and ADA, which come from Bogota, Medellin, Valledupar and Barranquilla.
From Cartagena´s international airport, they are 2 hours and 20 minutes to Bora Bora, and they arrive flights from all the cities of the country in addition of Central America, United States and Europe. There is also a last option and is the airline ADA, that has a flight directly to Tolu, that´s located at 10 minutes from Bora Bora, and takes off from the Enrique Olaya Herrera, Medellin´s airport, two times a week at noon, on Monday and Friday.

SIGHTSEEING
Nearly closed to Bora Bora is Santiago de Tolu, a small but interesting town located at 6 kilometers and 10 minutes in car from Bora Bora. For the ones that don´t dispose of a car, there is a public transport in the route Covenas-Tolu, and that can be accessible for 500 pesos, it can be taken at 500 meters from the house. There is also another way and is the “mototaxi”, a motocycle that works as a taxi and would take you up to there for $2000 pesos each trip, (they are always working; almost at all times).
The other town called Coveñas is located at 9 kilometers from Bora Bora, and it takes approximately 15 minutes to arrive.
Other interesting towns to visit are: Tuchin (Traditional Colombian hats or sombreros), Sanpues (Wood and bamboo furniture) and Sanantero where a famous donkey festival is celebrated, and there is a famous mud volcano, where you can get in and enjoy of an amazing experience and a good mascara for giving out nutrients to your skin; it´s located at 20 minutes from Bora Bora.
